The Fabric Shaver is safe to use on all types of materials and fabrics. Just make sure the fabric is laid out flat and smooth for best results.
Is it possible to replace the shaver blades?
If the blades seem dull or feel blunt, you can contact us and we’ll be happy to help you further.
My Shaver isn’t working properly, what can I do?
Before contacting us, we kindly ask you to check the following:
- For safety reasons, the Shaver will automatically stop if something is caught between the blades. Unscrew the silver ring and clean the blades using the included brush and by gently blowing away any debris.
- Is the transparent ring properly and securely screwed on? If it's not aligned correctly, the device may temporarily stop working.

What is the warranty on the Fabric Shaver?

When is the Fabric Shaver fully charged?
The battery is fully charged after 5 hours. The blinking/breathing light around the power button indicates that the device is charging. The light turns white when it is fully charged. Note: You can use the shaver while it is charging.
What is the delivery time?
For the Netherlands and Belgium: Order before 6:00 PM, and your package will be delivered the next day.
For Germany and France: Delivery typically takes one additional business day.
