At STEAMRS we think it is important that your order is delivered to you by steamship, quickly and reliably. That is why we work with the best delivery services to ensure that your package arrives on time and in top condition. After all, we don't want steam coming out of your ears because your order got lost in the logistics maze!
Below you will find everything you need to know about shipping costs and tracking your package. So you can sit back and relax while we make sure your order arrives safe and sound.
Postage costs
The shipping costs are automatically calculated during the ordering process.
- For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium we apply a fixed rate of €4.95 shipping costs. Shipping is free for orders from €50.
- For orders to Germany and other EU countries, a fixed rate of € 6.95 shipping costs applies. Shipping is free for orders from €100.
Order Tracking
When we have sent your order with love, we will of course let you know with a festive e-mail. It contains a Track & Trace code , so that you can track the status of your package at any time. Keep in mind that it may take a while before this tracking code works and is visible. But don't worry, we will make sure that the order comes to you as soon as possible.
- Orders placed on working days before 5 p.m. are usually shipped the same day. Depending on the speed of DHL, the package will be delivered the next day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Die Einrichtung von STEAMRS
Die Idee, die bisherige Textilpflege zu verändern, entstand aus einem Funken Kreativität. Bald entstanden die ersten Entwürfe für einen einzigartigen, luxuriösen und langlebigen Dampfglätter, der alle Falten mühelos im Handumdrehen verschwinden lässt.
