Easy returns

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns must always be in the original packaging. How do you return an order?:

Step 1: register your return

Log in to your customer account on our website and go to the returns portal or email info@steamers.nl with a return request.

Step 2: reason for return

Indicate which items you would like to return or exchange and why.

Step 3: Download return label

You will receive a DHL return label from us. Download and print the return label and stick it on the package.

Step 4: send return

Hand in the package and have it scanned by the selected Postal Service. Keep the shipping receipt.

How long does a refund take?

We understand how annoying it can be to have to wait a long time for a refund after returning a product. As soon as we receive the returned package, your return will be checked in our warehouse. We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return to our warehouse, we will reinforce it within 10 working days. On the track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank.
