How much does Shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and range from €4.99 (NL, BE, DE) to €9.99 (rest of the world), depending on your location. In the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, shipping is free for orders over €50! 🚛
Where do you ship from?
All our packages are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands! 🇳🇱
How long does shipping take?
Order before 6:00 PM today and your package will be shipped the same day. This applies to all working days. If you order during the weekend, your package will be shipped first thing on Monday.
The average delivery time is 1 day within the Netherlands and Belgium. For other countries, delivery takes between 2–3 working days.
You’ll always receive automatic tracking updates via email.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to all European countries! 😊
Which shipping carriers do you use?
All our packages are shipped with DHL Parcel, B-Post, or UPS. 📦
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email with a track & trace link for your package. You can also find this link in your customer account.
Using this link, you can reschedule the delivery or change the delivery location if needed. Please note: we are unable to make changes once the shipping label has been created.
Can I still modify my order?
Our fulfillment center starts processing orders very quickly after they’re placed to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, there’s a good chance that the order can no longer be modified.

Can I return my order?
Returns are free within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in its original packaging and includes all accessories.
Did you receive a free gift with your order? Please make sure to return that as well—otherwise, your return may be declined.
To start a return, simply log in to your customer account and submit a return request. You’ll automatically receive a return label from us.
