The idea for STEAMRS came about during photo shoots for luxury bedding.

We’ve worked with textiles every day for many years, and we share a special passion for beautiful fabrics and high-quality bedding. Inspired by this love, we started our webshop: www.casadormi.nl , where we offer the finest, high-quality bedding from more than 30 quality bedding and bath linen brands from the Netherlands and Belgium.

Bedding photos (without too many wrinkles) turned out to be crucial for our online store. During photo shoots, we repeatedly came face to face with our biggest enemy: the bulky iron and ironing board. We often spent hours ironing the bedding, only for it to wrinkle unattractively again when we made the bed. Ironing the bedding to make it look smooth and fresh was incredibly frustrating and extremely time-consuming.
